About this talk

I spent 4 years as part of the Washington Capitals organization. The first two years I was an assistant coach withe the Hershey Bears in the AHL and the last two years I was an assistant coach with the Washington Capitals. I was surrounded by some of the greatest players and coaches in the world. I look forward to sharing some of what I learned from my experience.

Reid Cashman

Reid Cashman was named the Koenig Family Head Coach of Dartmouth Men’s Hockey on June 1, 2020, becoming the 22nd head coach in program history.
